1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Cruz Elite Cleaning Services website or booking any of our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide residential and light commercial cleaning services in Yukon, Oklahoma and the surrounding Oklahoma City metro. Service descriptions, checklists, and pricing on our website are estimates. Actual scope, pricing, and duration may vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your space.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on home size, condition, level of clutter, pets, and any add-on services requested. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on-site if conditions differ significantly from what was described at booking, with your approval before proceeding.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or same-day lockouts, may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
- We will make every effort to arrive within your scheduled window. Weather, traffic, or prior service overruns may occasionally cause delays — we'll notify you as soon as possible.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Returned payments may incur an additional fee.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of service and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost.
8. Liability & Damage
Cruz Elite Cleaning Services is licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured (e.g., loose shelving, fragile décor on unstable surfaces).
9. Items We Don't Clean
For safety and liability reasons, we do not handle bodily fluids, biohazards, animal waste beyond standard pet hair, mold remediation, exterior windows above the first floor, or high-reach areas requiring specialty equipment.
10. Non-Solicitation
Out of respect for our team, clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any current or former Cruz Elite team member for private cleaning services for a period of 12 months following their last assignment with us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
